Withdrawal to bank requires a saved withdrawal account.

This article explains how to add, use, and troubleshoot withdrawal accounts.

Before you add a withdrawal account

You must complete BVN verification.

This is Tier 1 verification.

1. Open the Liqwifi app.

2. Go to Account or Wallet settings.

3. Find Withdrawal Accounts.

4. Tap Add Withdrawal Account.

5. Enter:

Account name

Account number

Bank name or bank code (if prompted)

6. Submit your details.

7. Wait for confirmation.

Limits

You can have up to 1 saved withdrawal accounts.

1. Go to Withdraw in the app.

2. Select the currency you want to withdraw.

3. Choose one of your saved withdrawal accounts.

4. Enter the amount.

5. Confirm and enter your Transaction PIN.

1. Account name couldnt be reconciled

This can happen if the account name you entered does not match your verified name details.

Use the same account holder name that matches your BVN.

2. Withdrawal account not found

This usually means you did not add the account yet, or you selected the wrong saved account.

3. Trying to add a third account

If you already have two accounts saved, remove one account first, then add the new one.
