How to Convert Fiat to Crypto (NGN to USDT/USDC)

Fiat to crypto conversion in Liqwifi follows two steps:
Step 1: Generate a quote
Step 2: Redeem the quote to complete the conversion

Minimum NGN amount for conversion is 1000.
Before you start
Make sure you have enough NGN balance in your Liqwifi wallet.
Use a stable internet connection.
Confirm your quote quickly before it expires.
How to convert NGN to crypto
1. Open the Liqwifi app.
2. Go to Wallet and open Convert or Swap.
3. Set From currency to NGN.
4. Set To currency to USDT or USDC.
5. Enter the NGN amount you want to convert.
6. Tap Get Quote or Generate Quote.
7. Review the quote details including rate, fee, and amount to receive.
8. Tap Confirm or Redeem Quote to complete the conversion.
9. Wait for success confirmation and check your wallet balances.
Important quote rules
Each quote can be used only once.
Quote validity is short, about 5 minutes.
If a quote expires, generate a new quote.
Common errors and what to do
Error: The least naira amount to swap is 1000
Meaning: The amount entered is below the minimum.
Action: Enter NGN 1000 or more.
Error: Insufficient Naira balance
Meaning: Your NGN wallet balance is not enough.
Action: Fund your NGN wallet and try again.
Error: Quote is expired, generate a new quote
Meaning: The quote was not confirmed before expiry.
Action: Generate and redeem a new quote immediately.

Liqwifi uses current FX market rates with a spread and fee, and shows the full quote before confirmation.
When does my wallet get debited?
Your wallet is debited only when you confirm and redeem a valid quote.
