Liqwifi can create a one-time crypto payment request through our payments partner, NOWPayments. You choose how much you want to fund in USD in the product flow, pick the cryptocurrency and network you will pay with, and receive a deposit address and related payment details to send funds to.

You enter the amount you intend to fund in USD for the checkout, the fiat currency label (typically usd), and the crypto asset or network you will pay with. Examples sometimes used in internal documentation include trx, sol, eth, and btc; always follow what your Liqwifi app lists as supported today.

The app returns payment instructions including deposit address, crypto amount to pay, payment status, and an order reference for tracking.

Your payment is tracked by NOWPayments. Liqwifi sets up an instant payment notification on each top-up order so the system can be notified as the payment moves through states, for example from waiting toward completion. Always wait for confirmation in the app before assuming your balance has increased.

Each generated top-up is stored internally with your user identity, order reference, addresses, amounts, currencies, and payment status so support can trace a deposit if needed.

If you send the wrong asset or network, crypto sent on the wrong chain may not be recoverable by support. Double-check the app instructions before sending.

If you underpay or pay late, follow any time limits or amount tolerances shown in the payment UI. Expired sessions may require generating a new top-up address.

If your balance does not update, allow time for blockchain confirmations and backend processing. Contact support with your order reference.
